Cash box Management System Solution

Application of RFID technology in the management of bank cash and cash in and out of China. Before the bank outlets open daily, the security company will receive the cash box from the bank center vault. The library is escorted and handed over to the bank outlets. After the daily operation of the bank outlets, the security company transfers the cash box from the bank outlet and escorted it to the bank center vault for payment. The use of RFID technology to monitor the cash box transfer process to ensure the correct handover has been applied in China's banking industry.The specific method is to deploy a fixed RFID reader in the bank center vault, a wireless handheld RFID reader at the bank outlet, and an RFID tag in the cash box. When the cash box passes through the fixed bank reader channel, it will be automatically recognized by the reader, and the read data will be uploaded to the bank back-end management system to complete the entry and exit registration of the cash box; the bank outlets and the security company will conduct. When the cash box is handed over, the hand-held RFID reader is used for the sign-off operation, and the sign-off information is transmitted to the bank back-end management system, thereby realizing the transfer of the cash box between the bank center vault, the security company and the bank business outlet full monitoring and management.



Application background

For years, the security of the bank's distribution process has been tested. At present, the banking industry generally uses the security company's vehicles for goods distribution, and its GPS positioning data and banks do not share, resulting in the bank can not monitor the vehicle operation and distribution in real time, while the distribution information has a certain lag, when the problem occurs, it is difficult to locate These problems have always plagued the banking industry.


Customer requirement: Identify and authority of the delivery personnel to prevent illegal distribution; to identify the items being delivered and prevent the delivery of the items;


Records of information related to the distribution process, such as the names of the parties, the items delivered, the time, etc.; The distribution records can be transferred to the computer management system database for long-term storage, which is convenient for storage and inquiry;  Real-time information on vehicle operation during the delivery process.


System Components

The system consists of a software system and a hardware system. The software system mainly refers to application software, and adopts a handheld data acquisition device. The software system includes an embedded software component, which is mainly used for information collection, processing, and transmission. The hardware system consists of electronic tags, antennas, readers, and PCs for information acquisition, identification, and application software. Through this solution, the traditional distribution mode is improved, the problems caused by human factors and information leakage are effectively reduced, and the entire distribution process is electronic, informationized, intelligent, safer and more efficient.


Electronic label: attached to the identified object to identify the object;

Antenna: used to transmit and receive radio signals; 

Mobile data terminal: used to collect tag information and wireless transmission record information;   

PC: Runs the application software and receives the information transmitted back by the mobile data terminal.
